Accommodation, Transportation and Meal Details

Accommodation:

 Hotel: Casa Grande, St. Philip Barbados - $25 US per night (4 persons per room)

Casa Grande Airport Hotel & Resort is situated on about 3.5 acreas of land about ten minutes away from the International Airport, and is surrounded by country atmosphere.

The hotel is brand new and has about 120 fully-furnished air-conditioned rooms with TV, telephone, Jacuzzi, 2 full size bed and internet service.

Rooms are paid for by credit card or cash on arrival in Barbados.

 

 

Transportation:

$10.00 BDS per trip - $5.00 US per trip.
Scenic Bus Ride- $10 US Per adult, $7 US per child (12 and under)

 

Local Transportation- $30 US per person (The local transportation is used to transport delegates to 6 of our outreaches and productions that are off site)
Scenic Bus Ride & Tour Of Barbados - $10 US per person


Total Transportation Costs $40 US per adult for entire conference.

$37 US per child for the entire conference.

Your full transportation must be paid in CASH on your arrival to Barbados.

Transportation To & From airport will be provided by the conference.
